Coconut cream 

Ingredients :

(for 4 people)
  • 25 cl of coconut milk
  • 1 egg
  • 25 cl of semi-skimmed milk
  • 50 gr of powdered sugar
  • 15 gr of cornstarch
  • Grated coconut
Preparation : 5min
Cooking : 10min

Preparation :

  1. In a saucepan, simmer the coconut milk with the milk
  2. In a bowl, beat the sugar with the egg and cornstarch, then whisk the mixture into the saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. Pour into ramekins, let it cool down and set aside in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  4. Add on top of the grated coconut before serving
