Coconut cream
Ingredients :
(for 4 people)- 25 cl of coconut milk
- 1 egg
- 25 cl of semi-skimmed milk
- 50 gr of powdered sugar
- 15 gr of cornstarch
- Grated coconut

Preparation :
- In a saucepan, simmer the coconut milk with the milk
- In a bowl, beat the sugar with the egg and cornstarch, then whisk the mixture into the saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Pour into ramekins, let it cool down and set aside in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Add on top of the grated coconut before serving
